How to manage profiles in learning apps

This article is for users interested in using our Poio and DragonBox learning apps.

Adding profiles is available only after logging in. In order to log in, you need to purchase Kahoot! subscription. 

If you acquired access to the iOS app through a one-time purchase you cannot create multiple profiles but you can use Family Sharing functionality to access the games across multiple devices. 

This option is not available with Android one-time purchases.

How to create profiles in DragonBox and Poio apps

You can add up to 6 profiles in Kahoot! learning apps. After logging in, you will be taken to a screen where you can set up profiles by clicking the blue button with the + icon. 

If you want to set up or switch between profiles afterward, click the icon in the top left corner of the main menu screen or the settings icon. Look for the “Parent Corner”. 

In some games, the “Parent Corner” option may appear only in-between rounds. After short verification, you will be taken to the same screen, where you can manage profiles.

The profiles you create in one app will be reflected in other learning apps as long as you use the same login details.

 

How to edit or remove profiles in DragonBox and Poio apps

The profiles can be edited and removed only within Kahoot! app, after clicking on the avatar icon in the top left corner. The changes you introduce in the Kahoot! app will be reflected in all DragonBox and Poio learning apps as long as you use the same account.
